BREAKING…Ajimobi takes over from Oshiomhole as APC Acting Chairman

Following the Appeal Court’s affirmation of the suspension of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as the National Chairman, National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress(APC) has named Senator Abiola Ajimobi as acting national chairman of the party.

ROYAL NEWS gathered that the immediate past governor of Oyo state has functioned as the National Deputy Chairman South of the party.

A statement by the Publicity Secretary Lanre Issa-Onilu said the elevation was in line with constitution of the party. Although, Ajimobi is said to be currently battling with COVID-19 infection and he is under care as at the time of filing this report.
