British actor Damson Idris has revealed that he has never experienced rejection when asking someone out.
The Snowfall star made the comment during a recent interview with presenter Amelia Dimoldenberg, noting that every woman he has approached has responded positively.
“I have never been turned down for a date,” Idris said, adding that the women he has expressed interest in have always returned his affection.
Idris’ most recent public relationship was with American model and entrepreneur Lori Harvey. The couple confirmed their romance in January 2023.
However, the relationship ended in November of the same year. In a joint statement to The Hollywood Reporter, Idris and Harvey announced their separation, saying they had chosen to focus on their individual goals.
The actor, who rose to fame for his role as Franklin Saint in FX’s Snowfall, has become one
of the most prominent British talents in Hollywood.
Idris’ comments about his dating history have drawn attention online, with many reacting to the rare claim of never being rejected.
Despite the interest in his personal life, Idris has largely kept a low profile outside of his acting career.
