The viral video shows a motorcyclist been overpowered and swept off by boisterous flood while making attempt to cross over.

Initially,  they were three on the bike until the 2 passengers fell off into flood to escape back to safety, leaving only the rider. But instead of turning back or jump off the bike, he rather yielded to hailing from bystanders telling to go ahead.

Unfortunately, the motorcyclist was drown by the flood, and sooner those praising him ended up mourning him as he and the bike disappeared and were submerged.

Recently, flooding in many part of Nigeria is not unconnected with excessive rainfall and poor drainage system, which has drawn global attention.
