Ex BBNaija Housemate Ka3na Announces Plans to Remarry Two Years After Husband’s Death

Date:

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Ka3na, has revealed plans to remarry, two years after the death of her British husband, Jones.

Jones passed away in May 2023 following a battle with cancer. Since his death, Ka3na had maintained that she would not remarry or change her marital status.

In a statement posted to Instagram in May 2024, Ka3na declared: “I have no intention of remarriage or changing my marital status by dropping my husband’s name.”

However, in a recent Instagram Story posted on Thursday, July 3, the reality star appeared to signal a change of heart.

The mother of one shared a video clip of herself dancing, accompanied by the caption: “You can literally tell I’m ready for my next husband.”

The post marks a notable shift from her earlier position, though she has not yet disclosed any details regarding a potential partner or timeline for the remarriage.

Ka3na rose to fame during her participation in Big Brother Naija and has since built a significant following on social media.

She was married to Jones for several years before his passing, and the couple had one child together.

There has been no official statement beyond the Instagram post regarding her next steps.

Fans have reacted with mixed responses online, with some offering support and others expressing surprise at the sudden shift in her stance.
