As Christians around the world mark another birth of Jesus Christ, the African Democratic Congress, ADC candidate for Ifelodun/Offa/Oyun Federal Constituency, Hounourable Gbenga Power-Oyekunle urged them to continue to consolidate on the real essence of the celebration.
A statement personally signed by Honourable Gbenga-Power, says Christmas buttresses the love of God for Jesus and the need for mankind to show love and compassion for their fellow beings.
He reminded Christians that as believers, it is part of their divine responsibility to pray for those piloting affairs of the nation as they offer prayers for themselves, noting that all challenges confronting Nigeria as a nation are surmountable if all hands are on deck.
The ADC House of Representatives Hopeful for Ifelodun/Offa/Oyun who has been known for distributing rice and other food items during festivities in the last ten years had commenced similar gestures in the last one week for Christmas celebration.
Honourable Gbenga-Power while wishing Christians a fruitful celebration, reminded the people of Ifelodun/Offa/Oyun to cast their vote for him come 25th February 2023 and usher in a breath of fresh air in that Constituency.
