JUST IN….This elephant is disturbing the people of Baruten LG
Inhabitants of Dameru, Baruten Local Government Area of the State have solicited intervention of the state government to evacuate an Elephant terrorizing the Community to the Zoo
They explained that the Elephant is located in Dameru forest in Gwanara District of the Local Government, ROYAL NEWS reports.
The residents noted that The Elephant is now unfriendly and hostile in the Community as vegetables and other crops around the river have been damaged by the Elephant
They said the Elephant now close to the Dameru river beside people’s farms particularly those engaging in dry season irrigation farming.
