No Region Left Behind, Tinubu Assures Nigerians

Date:

President Bola Tinubu has reiterated his commitment to serve every Nigerian, stressing that the oath of office he took guides all the developmental projects of his administration.

Tinubu made the remarks in a message shared by his spokesman, Bayo Onanuga, on X. He noted that no citizen or region will be left behind in the government’s ongoing infrastructure and social development agenda.

The president highlighted major projects being executed across the country, including the Lagos–Calabar Highway, Sokoto–Badagry Superhighway, Port Harcourt–Maiduguri rail line, Abuja–Kaduna–Kano expressway, and the Trans-Saharan highway linking African countries. He also listed the rehabilitation of health centres, new light rail projects in Kano, Kaduna, Lagos and Ogun, job creation initiatives, revived power plants, bridges in Onitsha and Bonny, oil exploration in Bauchi and Gombe, and the ongoing AKK gas pipeline.

“These projects are not local trophies but national assets,” Tinubu said. “Every farmer who needs a road, every trader who needs power, every child who needs a school, and every patient who needs care—this is who we are building for. No Nigerian is second class, no region is left behind. Together we will rise as one nation, one people, and one destiny. Bet on Nigeria.”
