President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the weekend attended the wedding fatiha ceremony of two Kaltungo Chiefdom Princess, Princess Ummulkhair Sale and MuhammadAminu Lawal Usman Musawa, Princess Saadatu Sale Muhammad and Abdulrazak Abubakar Tukur, in Gombe State.
Minister of Transportation, Senator Said Ahmed Alkali, represented President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the event, which attracted dignitaries from different walks of life, including Deputy Governor of Gombe state, Dr. Manasseh Daniel Jatau, traditional rulers, diplomats, and top government functionaries.
Formalities of the Nikah were presided over by an islamic Schorlar, which culminated to the climax of traditional as enshrined in the glorious Quran.
The Minister was received by His Highness, the Mai Kaltungo, who is also the Deputy chairman, Gombe state Council of Emirs and Chiefs, Engineer Sale Muhammad, OON.
The Minister prayed to almighty Allah to bless the marriage and give the couples peace and prosperity in their matrimonial homes.
In a similar development, the Minister also paid a homage to Highness, the Mai Tangle, Alh. Muhammad Sanusi Maiyamba at his Palace in the ancient town of Billiri according to a statement signed by the Minister’s Special Assistant Media and Publicity, Umar Alkali Jibril.
