Nollywood actress Shaffy Bello has said she avoids long road trips in Nigeria, citing concerns over infrastructure and security, stating that she prefers air or water transportation instead.
Speaking during a recent interview with VJ Adams, Bello explained that while she enjoys road travel abroad, her experience in Nigeria has made her reluctant to undertake long-distance journeys by road.
The actress noted that her stance has affected her social life, as friends often avoid inviting her to events that require long-distance travel.
She further added that she only considers road trips within Nigeria when visiting people who are very close to her, stressing that her limit is typically Lagos to Ibadan.
