The Paramount Ruler of Iwoland, Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi, has appealed to the warring countries of Palestine and Israel to respect humanity by embracing peace.
Dissatisfied with the magnitude of collateral damages recorded as a result of the internacine, Oluwo called on world powers to mediate in the interest of the vulnerable casualties.
Oba Akanbi beseeched leaders of the two countries most especially Israel to act elderly to spare innocent children, nursing and pregnant women with no strength to either defend or run for dare lives.
He further called on the world to organize a day prayer and fasting for peace and harmony between Palestine and Israel.
A statement released by Oluwo through his press secretary, Alli Ibraheem, reads “The magnitude of collateral damage is huge and unquantifiable. Vulnerable children, nursing and pregnant women are not spared. The casualties are majorly innocent people who didn’t ask for war. Lives have gone. Orphans have multiplied. Many families have completely perished”

“Wars knows nobody. It’s destructive and an enemy to humanity. I’m a Royal appeal to the warring states to honour human lives and humanity. The war can be managed by ensuring only the culprits/perpetrators of evil are dealt with. The extent of destruction is worrisome. I’m begging and appealing for a ceasefire. The world should agree on a day for prayers and fasting for peace and harmony between the two countries “
