2023 election won’t break Nigeria, God has chosen our leaders – CAN President

Date:

Most Rev. Daniel Okoh, the President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), has assured Nigerians that the 2023 general elections would not break up the country.

Rev. Okoh made the remark while stressing that God has chosen those who will lead the country.

He said God was with Nigeria; hence would not allow the country to disintegrate, giving the assurance while speaking at a Christmas Concert in Asaba, Delta State.

The CAN President urged Nigerians to vote for leaders that would turn the country’s fortunes around, adding that God would not abandon the country to its fate.

According to Okoh: “The coming election will not break Nigeria. As a matter of fact, 2023 is the year of golden opportunity for Nigeria.

“God has already chosen those who will lead the people come 2023 and since God is interested in the government and the economy of men, then the people should be involved because God will use people to turn things around for the country.”

The CAN President also allayed fear among Nigerians, stressing that God was interested in the government of the country.
