Nigerian Afrobeats star Ayra Starr joined British band Coldplay on stage during their Music of the Spheres tour stop at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami on Sunday night.
The singer was invited as a guest performer midway through the show, which drew a packed audience—including football star Lionel Messi and his wife, Antonela Roccuzzo.
Messi and Antonela were shown on the stadium’s big screen during the concert, prompting loud cheers from fans in attendance.
Ayra Starr performed “Good Feelings,” her collaborative track with Coldplay, as well as her new single “Hot Body,” alongside the band’s frontman Chris Martin.
Following the performance, Ayra expressed her excitement on social media, particularly about performing in front of Messi.
“I just performed Hot Body on stage with Coldplay!! And Messi was in the audience,” she wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
