Benue Links resumes operations in Borno, Sokoto, others

The Benue State mass transit known as “Benue links “has resumes operation in West part Borno routes culminating to Sokoto, Zamfara as well as Yobe states respectively.
The Acting General manager, Mr Alexander Fanafa, made this disclosure yesterday in Makurdi, while speaking with Journalists .

Mr.Fanafa explained that owing to the challenges temporary measures due to the , impasse, pointing out that we have resolved to reopen the routes as result of teaming customers in the Northwest part of the country.
The General manager further maintained that hence Governor Hyacinth Alia in his wisdom decided to purchase 100 buses for government owned mass transit.

According to him ” when i resume duty in the transport company i met waterlogged, noting that whenever it rains the premises would be overflow and eventually properties will submerged within the premises completely .

Speaking earlier, Chairman of the Correspondents Chapel,Mr Emmanuel Antswen sought partnership with the mass transit for his Chapel saying were partners in progress, emphasising the need for a robust relationship for a better tomorrow.
