The Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara State Traditional Rulers Council, Mai-Martaba Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, has appointed Alhaji Abdulkadir Yahaya Kawu as the District Head of Ballah.
The Emir also appoints Alhaji Muhamed Abdulkadir Baba as the District Head of Malete.
This is contained in a statement issued by his spokesman, Mallam Abdulazeez Arowona, on Thursday.
Alhaji Sulu-Gambari noted that Prince Abdulkadir Yahaya Kawu, is the son of the late 8th Emir of Ilorin, Shehu Abdulkadir Dan Bawa while Alh Muhamed Abdulkadir Baba is from Basambo family of Daudu Isale Oja.
The Emir prays that Almighty Allah grant the duo long live with sound health and wisdom to pilot the affairs of their respective domains and appealed to the people of Ilorin Emirate to support them in the discharge of their duties diligently.
