Elderstateman, Adamu Fika dies in London at 90

An elderstateman and former Head of Civil Service of the Government of the Federation, Malam Adamu Fika, is dead. He was aged 90.
According to the Secretary Fika Emirate Council Potiskum,Yobe State, Ali Gimba Fika, “Adamu who was also the Wazirin Fika died on Tuesday night in a London hospital.
His funeral prayers would take place at the Sultan Bello Mosque Kaduna on Wednesday by 4pm.
ROYAL NEWS reports that the deceased was born in Fika, Yobe State in 1933 and held various positions of authority before his demise.
