IEDPU President salutes AbdulRazaq’s proactive security measures

The National President of Ilorin Emirate Descendants Progressive Union (IEDPU), Alhaji Abdulmumini Ayo Abdulmalik, has praised the renewed efforts of the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON at effectively tackling the security challenges facing the State.

In a statement issued by IEDPU National Publicity Secretary, Mall. Suleiman Shuaib Dagbo, the National President said that the recent declaration of the Governor that “criminals have no place in Kwara State” is a clear message that indicates the disdain of the government and people of Kwara State to crimes and criminality.

Alhaji Abdulmalik also commended the Governor for recruiting, training and equipping hundreds of Forest Guards who will ensure that criminals hiding in forests across the State are forced out of their dens.

The President urged other stakeholders across the State to cooperate fully with the government towards ensuring the safety of lives and property of the people of the State, adding that no effort should be spared at ensuring that the State remains a peaceful one.
