AUTHORITY of the Kwara State University, Malete, will on Saturday confer honorary doctorate degree award on the Group Managing Director/ CEO of KAM Holding Ltd., Dr. Kamoru Yusuf, among other eminent Nigerians.
This is contained in a statement issued on Thursday by his Media and Public Relations Manager, Mallam Abdulazeez Arowona, stating that the honour is in recognition of his contributions to economic growth and national development.
According to the statement, “the conferment is expected to take place at the University’s auditorium during the 8th and 9th combined convocation ceremonies on Saturday 11 December 2021.
“With this development, Dr. Kamoru Yusuf, a national council member of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria, (MAN) will become a distinguished personality who bagged PhD honours from three Nigerian Universities within a period of one year.
“It would be recalled that in March 2021, the business mogul was honoured by the authority of the University of Calabar (South-South) while in September 2021, he was also honoured by the authority of the Osun State University, Osogbo (South-West) while that of KWASU Malete (North-Central) is scheduled to hold on Saturday 11th December 2021.”
