Kwara United Football Club has officially unveiled Coach Ashifat Suleiman as its new Technical Adviser for the remainder of the season, with an option for extension.
The unveiling ceremony, held on Wednesday at the club’s office, had the General Manager, Mallam Bashir Badawiy, representing Chairman Kumbi Titiloye. Titiloye praised Suleiman’s deep understanding of the club’s structure and culture, expressing confidence in his ability to lead the team to greater heights.
Badawiy described football as “a breeze that can blow in any direction,” noting that fortune has now favored Suleiman. He commended the coach’s impact in his short spell in charge, citing his commitment and positive rapport with players as key strengths.
In his address, Coach Suleiman thanked the management for their trust and vowed to justify the confidence reposed in him. He revealed his goals to retain the Federation Cup and challenge strongly for the Nigeria Premier League title, emphasizing a football philosophy built on creativity and possession-based play.
He also urged fans and supporters to stand firmly behind the team as they embark on this new chapter.
