NHIS boss congratulates new Lafiagi Emir, Mohammed Kudu Kawu

The management of the National Health Insurance Scheme has rejoiced with the newly appointed Emir of Lafiagi in Edu Local Government Area of Kwara State, Alhaji Mohammed Kudu Kawu, on his coronation as the 14th traditional ruler of the ancient town.

NHIS State Coordinator, Hajia Hajara Abdullahi, in a congratulatory message signed on Tuesday described the appointment and presentation of Staff of Office as historic and monumental.

While wishing the monarch a prosperous reign on the throne, the NHIS boss urged inhabitants of the commumity to support the new Emir in order to sustain the aged-lomg peaceful coexistence among the diverse ethnic groups living in Lafiagi community and beyond.

“I wish His Royal Highness, Alhaji Mohammed Kudu Kawu and peaceful reign on the throne of his forefathers to glory of Almighty Allah, meritorious service to humanity and benefit of mankind in general”, she added.
