
The Ogun State Police Command has begun prosecuting two men, Kadir Owolabi and Jamiu Yisa, after they were allegedly found with three human skulls in the Ijebu area of the state.
Police spokesperson Omolola Odutola said Owolabi was intercepted on Monday, August 11, 2025, during a stop-and-search operation by mobile police officers at the Refugees Camp Junction, Oru Ijebu, along the Ijebu Ode/Ibadan Expressway. A search of his luggage revealed the skulls, leading investigators to arrest Yisa, 53, near the Ijebu Ode Local Government Secretariat.
