Sheikh AbdulWahab Atere, the Oyo State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Chairman, says 2024 intending pilgrims from the state will pay N4.9 million as hajj fare.

Atere disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday in Ibadan.

He said that all intending pilgrims who had paid the deposit of N4.5 million or below should complete it on or before the Feb.12 deadline.

Atere urged anyone with interest in making the spiritual journey with the board, to seize the limited opportunity by making payment before the deadline.

He said that intending pilgrims could make their payments through any of the designated bank accounts of the board.
