Ahead of the official commissioning of Emirate 98.5 FM Ilorin, the Zanna of Ilorin and Principal Partner of Yolas Consultants, Engr. Yusuf Lanre Sagaya OFR, FNSE on Thursday visited the facility for on-the-spot assessment of the investment.
Sagaya who was accompanied by the Magaji Muse of Ilorin, Engr. Abubakar Aduragba and the former Director-General of Bureau of Lands, Alhaji Ibrahim Salman, expressed joy over the establishment of the Radio Station in Ilorin.
He stressed that the media house will no doubt serve as not only the voice of the people but will also serve as the pride of the state and humanity in general.
He however pledged his continuous support for the smooth running of the investment adding that, “I shall continue to monitor your progress and not relent in supporting your laudable initiatives and efforts.” 
Sagaya therefore commended the Managing Director/CEO Emirate 98.5 FM, Dr. Abdulazeez Arowona for his painstainking efforts towards promoting developmental journalism and community services.
In his remarks, the Magaji Muse of Ilorin Emirate, Engr. Abubakar Aduragba, offered a special for absolute protections, growth and development of the investment.
