SAD… Niger NUJ looses member

The Niger State Correspondents Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, (NUJ), has lost one of its members. He is Mallam Salihu Muhammad Nmababa.

ROYAL NEWS reports that Nmababa was until his death the correspondent of Triumph Newspaper who died early hours of  Thursday after a protracted illness.

 Nmababa who felt sick during the last Eid-el-Kabir day about two weeks ago has been buried in his home town at Bida in Niger state according to Islamic injunction around 2pm of same day.

According to the statement issued by the Chapel Secretary, Yakubu Mustapha Bina, before his death the deceased also work as freelance with Graphic Newspaper for short period of time when Triumph Newspaper of Kano state government was off the street.

He is survived by a wife and 14 children, 20 grand children and was aged 60 years.
