Asa Day 2026: Osun Welcomes Dele Odule and Other Stars

Osogbo, the capital of Osun State, will host the 2026 edition of Asa Day on March 31, featuring renowned actors including Dele Odule, Antar Laniyan, and Toyin Adegbola, among others. The event is organized by Asa Day Worldwide in collaboration with the Osun State government.

Mr. Gbemi Faleti, co-convener of Asa Day Worldwide, revealed that the programme, marking its 10th edition, will showcase prominent personalities from across Nigeria’s entertainment industry. The event is set to hold at the Oasis Event Centre, Agunbelewo, Osogbo, and will feature cultural troupes and icons representing diverse parts of the country.

The initiative, conceived by the Oloro of Oro kingdom in Kwara State, Laniyan, and Adegbola.

Hon. Abiodun Bankole Ojo, Osun State Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, said the state government fully supports the event and remains committed to promoting culture, tradition, and tourism. He added that Governor Ademola Adeleke’s administration is determined to tap into cultural and tourism potentials for the benefit of the state.
