Be good ambassadors, Ilorin Emir’s aide tells Nigerians in Egypt

Nigerian students in Cairo in the Arab Republic of Egypt, have been advised to be good ambassadors of the nation in the face of hardship and global economic recession.

 

A media expert and spokesman to the Emir of Ilorin, Mallam Abdulazeez Arowona, stated this while speaking with the students who paod him homage shortly after jumat prayer on Friday in Cairo.

Arowona disclosed that “Nigeria is blessed with talented minds who are impacting positively in the country” stressing that, “There is no place like home. ”

He also implored them to always remember the principles of honesty, togtherness and loving each other at all times which are part of the watchwords of the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara State Traditional Rulers Council, His Royal Highness, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR.

Arowona also charged them to ensure that they excel in their academic pursuits and endeavour to always support themselves as brothers in all ramifications.
