BREAKING NEWS: Court grants N5m bail to Hon. Mustapha, brother in AbdulRazaq defamation case

Honourable Justice M. Abdulgafar of the Kwara State High Court, Ilorin, has granted bail in the sum of N5 million to the Wakilin of Ilorin Emirate, Hon. Mashood Mustapha (MM), and his brother, Bolakale Mustapha, in connection with an alleged defamation suit instituted by Kwara State Governor, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.

The case has been adjourned to 18th July, 2025.
