BREAKING…. SUPREME COURT FAULTS ORJI UZOR KALU’S CONVICTION

Nigeria’s apex court has faulted the conviction of the former Abia State Governor, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu and his director of finance and administration, Ude Udeogo.

The supreme court on Friday also ordered the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court to reassign the case for retrial.

It would be recalled that the lawmaker was setenced to 12years imprisonment over fraud.
