Fidau for Admiral Ola Sa’ad’s late wife holds on Friday Nov. 8

Late Hajia Aminat Modupe Ibrahim

The fidau for the repose of the soul of the wife of former Chief of Defence Staff, Hajia Aminat Dupe Ibrahim will hold on Friday, 8th November, 2024.

The family, in a statement issued on Thursday by the deceased’s brother, Alhaji Mohammed Tunde Akanbi, said:

“The prayer is slated to hold simultaneous at the residence of the former Chief of Defence Staff, Admiral Ola Sa’ad Ibrahim in Abuja and the deceased’s family house at Ori-Okoh, Ilorin, beginning from 9am.

“The fidau will be officiated by Justice Soliu Olohuntoyin Mohammed, a retired Grand Khadi, Shariah Court of Appeal, Kwara State and will be assisted by other Islamic scholars and clerics.

“Hajia Ibrahim died on Tuesday, 5th November, 2024 at the age of 69, during a brief illness and her remains have since been buried according to Islamic injunction, in Abuja.

“The deceased is survived by her aged mother, husband, children, grandchildren and siblings.

“May Allah grant her aljanah fridous.”
