INEC Headquarters Gutted By Inferno
The Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) headquarters in Abuja has been destroyed by fire.
The fire which started around 11.00 am according to eyewitness razed substantial part of the building
The eyewitnesses said most affected is the Election and Party Monitoring Department (EPM).
