In its congratulatory letter to the celebrant and released by the Public Relations Officer of the Forum, Mallam Ibrahim Ndagi Saba, Waziri of Puta today, the Forum wished Muttawali a very happy birthday and beseeched Allah to grant him many more years in good health, joy and tranquility.
