Nigerian Afrobeats star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has gifted his wife, Chioma, a brand-new 2025 Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon worth over $150,000 (about ₦240 million).
The luxury SUV, which recently debuted on the global market, features cutting-edge design and electric model options, making it a major upgrade on earlier versions.
In a video shared on Instagram Story on Wednesday, Davido revealed he traded in his earlier model and added extra money to secure the latest release. “First of all, we had to take the one I got, then obviously add more money to get the new one,” he explained.
Presenting the G-Wagon to Chioma, Davido said: “Only the best for my lady. We do 2025!” Chioma appeared visibly excited as she received the gift.
