Photos from Arowona’s turbaning as Shettiman Okuta Emirate

The Okuta Emirate, Baruteen Local Government of Kwara State, Saturday conferred on Mallam Abdulazeez Arowona a traditional title of Shettiman.

The confinement which was part of the annual Gaani Cultural Festival in Okuta community was graced by the state Governor, Abdulrazaq Abdulrazaq, his deputy, Mr. Kayode Alabi, the Speaker, and other dignitaries both within and outside the state
