More revelations are unfolding as another cabinet member of President Bola Tinubu has been indicted in the corruption saga surrounding the suspended Minister for Humanitarian and Poverty Alleviation, Dr. Betta Edu.

Media was awashed on Monday after the suspension of Dr. Betta Edu, over alleged N585m scam.

However, President Tinubu reportedly summoned the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, to the Presidential Villa on Tuesday.

This is coming in the wake of his link in the ongoing investigation of Dr. Edu by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

It was reported that the Edu-led ministry awarded a consultancy contract to the tune of N438 million for the National Social Register to New New Planet Projects Ltd.

Tunji-Ojo has also been linked to the company.

Meanwhile, Tinubu suspended Edu on Monday for financial irregularities and mismanagement of public funds.
