The Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara State Traditional Rulers Council, Mai-Martaba Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, has announced Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq as the new Sardauna of Ilorin.
ROYAL NEWS reports AbdulRazaq, a second term governor and Chairman Nigeria Governors Forum succeeds the late business mogul, Alhaji Umaru Saro, the late Sardauna of Ilorin who died barely three years ago.
The Governor who was at the palace to thank the Emir for his support during the last nationwide protest appreciate Alhaji Sulu-Gambari for the gesture.
