Former Chief Of Army Staff, Azubike Ihejirika loses mother

Former Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Lieutenant General Azubuike Ihejirika (rtd) has lost his mother, Mrs. Nmerechi Nkennediya Ihejirika.

Nmerechi who is from Ovim in Isuikwuato Local Government Area of Abia State, died on Wednesday, August 4, 2021.

The former COAS disclosed that she is survived by her children, grandchildren, great- grand children, in-laws, and host of other relatives. He added that her burial arrangements will be announced in due course.
