Lawal Bagega assumes office as new CP in Kwara

Mohammed Lawal Bagega, newly posted Commissioner of Police for Kwara State, assumed office on Wednesday in Ilorin, the state capital.

He took over from the former police commissioner, Mr Kayode Egbetokun, who has been posted to the Force Headquarters in Abuja.

Lawal, hails from Bagega in Anka Local Government Area of Zamfara state, and holds a Bachelor of science degree (Bsc) in political science, from the University of Sokoto.
