The Director General, National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), National Assembly, Professor Abubakar Olanrewaju Sulaiman, has congratulated the Emir of Ilorin, Dr Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari,CFR, on the occasion of his 29th years on the throne.
Professor Sulaiman, in a congratulatory statement, to mark this year’s historic 11th / 11th/ 2024 described the almost three decades of the reign of the Emir as a watershed in the annals of Ilorin.
According to a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Mohammad Abdulkadri, the DG besieged Almighty Allah to make the coming years more glorious and glamorous for the Emir of Ilorin in sound health and mind.
