Alhaji Murtala AbdulRaheem the Personal Assistant to the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara State Traditional Rulers Council, Mai-Martaba Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, has finally defended his thesis for the award of Doctorate Degree at the Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin.

Following the defense, the authority of the institution has approved and granted him PhD and the formal conferement will be done during the next convocation of coming up later this year.
