Nigeria’s President, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has commiserated with the family of the former Executive Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Dr. Cairo Ojuogboh, who died on Wednesday.

ROYAL NEWS gathered that Ojuogboh passed on late Wednesday, while watching the football match between Nigeria and South Africa.

Tinubu said he received the news of the passing of Ojuogboh with heavy heart.

He was a member of the House of Representatives from 2003 to 2007 and a leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Delta State.

Tinubu also condoled with the government and people of Delta State over the tragic loss.

While praying for the peaceful repose of the departed, the President comforted his family and urged them to find strength and hope in God, who presides over the affairs of men, as well as in the cherished memories and legacy of the late APC chieftain.
