Ilorin emirate youths rejoice with Gov. Abdulrazaq, Kawu Baraje

The Ilorin Emirate Youths Development Association, (IEYDA) on Wednesday held a special prayer in honour of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State and the former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), Alhaji Abubakar Kawu Baraje.

ROYAL NEWS reports that the prayers was organised to celebrate the birthday of the duo political giants.

Led by the National Missioner of the Association, Alhaji Muritala Ottan, the group prayed Allah to give both Alhaji Baraje and Governor Abdulrazaq good health and long life to continue in the service of humanity.

Ottan said the prayer was organised to sought Allah’s guidance for Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq to pilot the affairs of the state to the next level and to ask Allah’s guidance and protection at all times for Alhaji Baraje in services to humanity.

“Prayer is the weapon of all human being and became necessary to ask Allah to bring development, growth and peaceful co-existence in the state”, said.

Speaking at the event, the National President of the Association and the National Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Abdullahi Babatunde Salaudeen and Alhaji Muhammed Uthman Jagunma said the Association is committed to the development of the emirate and the state in general.
