BREAKING….Another prominent Nigerian politician is dead

Late Ibrahim Mantu

A former deputy senate president, Ibrahim Mantu has been confirmed dead at a private hospital in Abuja after nine days of sickness and isolation.

ROYAL NEWS reports that Mantu died at about 2am on Tuesday.

A family source said: “He fell ill about nine days ago and was receiving treatment at home but he was rushed to the hospital when there was no sign of improvement.

“Funeral prayer would hold later today in Abuja.”
