NAFDAC approves Pfizer-BionTech COVID-19 vaccine
The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) on Fridan approved Pfizer-BionTech COVID-19 vaccines for emergency use in Nigeria.
The Director-General of the agency, Prof Mojisola Adeyeye in Lagos State, announced the approval in Lagos State.
The DG said the vaccines were approved only for emergency use in the country.
She noted that it can be stored between -15oC to -25oC equivalent to freezer temperature.
