Nigerian male barbie Bobrisky who was arrested on November 7 has spoken out from prison. In a recent interview granted in prison, the bleaching cream expert mentioned the reason for his arrest by fashion designer, Toyin lawani.

Calling her a liar, the controversial social media celebrity said the Toyin Lawani ordered his arrest, claiming he stole her cream-buying customers. According to his statement, Lawani faked petition reports stating that he once worked for her and now, stealing her customers.

The case which now has the Snapchat king behind bars is still on-going as he revealed that he will be taken to Abuja which is where the police was first alerted to the feud.

In the interview, Bobrisky explained why he was still held up in prison. He said:

“Toyin Lawani asked her lawyer to write petitions against me that I worked for her and I’m selling cream to all her customers. Which was a fat lie. I never worked for Toyin. She was my friend. I can’t remember ever working for Toyin or learning how to make cream from her.

Then she also said I threatened her. So we are going to Abuja cos that was where the case was reported. Before she wrote petitions against me, she had already threatened me that she is giving me 7 days to go to the internet and apologize to her which I said no way because she offended me. I think because I refused to apologize, she got the police involved.

Yesterday at the police station, I was sitting at the counter and I was told I needed to wait until morning to go to Abuja. My phone was taken from me so I couldn’t talk to anyone. I’m trying to get in touch with my lawyer and all the people I know.

Meanwhile, Nigerians started reacting online upon the news of his arrest. Many could be taken for his fans as they started the FreeBobrisky hashtag on Twitter.

Most Nigerians advocating for his release are seen fighting for his human right regardless of his lifestyle habits, which they always bash through comments on his social media page.

The FreeBobrisky hashtag that is now trending on Twitter shows precisely, how Nigerians fight for their own whether or not he/she is accepted by them.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time Bobrisky will land in police nest. Recall he was arrested months ago when he allegedly punched a saloon staff who he stated was being rude to him.
