The lawmaker representing Edu/Patigi/Moro Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives, Dr. Ahmed Saba, on Sunday visited the site of bridge collapse along Shao/Malete road.

ROYAL NEWS reports that the affected bridge is in Moro local government area of Kwara state.

The lawmaker who was on groud to inspect tbe ongoing construction work urged the engineers on site to ensure that the project is executed in accordance with the Bill of Engineering Measurements and Estimates (BEME).

Sepaking with journalists shortly after the inspection, Dr. Ahmed Saba expressed profound appreciation to Governor Abdulraham Abdulrasaq for the approval of the repair works and timely release of funds.

He however appealed to the people of the area to remain patient stressing that the work will soon be completed to their admiration and satisfaction.
